I offer integrative psychotherapy, which means that I shape the approach to fit your needs.  

My orientation is experiential, relational, depth-oriented, and grounded in an understanding of how emotional pain lives in both the mind and body. Together, we explore the underlying patterns, wounds, defenses, and relationship dynamics that may be contributing to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, depression, disconnection, or grief.

Our work provides a space to slow down, listen more deeply to your emotional experience, and create meaningful change at the level where patterns actually take hold. My practice is compassionate, collaborative, and attuned — helping you feel more connected to yourself, more secure in relationships, and more alive in your daily life.

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation as an initial step. I'll try to answer any questions you might have about therapy and how we would work together. We can talk about your goals and see if we're a good fit. If we're not, I'll do my best to point you towards someone who can help.
