Integrative Psychotherapy For Individuals And Couples
Providing warm, practical, evidence-based care to clients across California via telehealth
Hi, I’m Eric. I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), and I believe that no one should have to carry their struggles alone.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, career issues, and life changes. I draw upon a depth psychological perspective to help clients gain awareness of the unconscious (out-of-awareness) forces that often steer our present-day behavior and choices. My approach is experiential and psychodynamic, which means we will explore and uncover the patterns and defenses you developed to help you cope, while gradually building the internal resilience to grow beyond them. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples, as well as EMDR and Brainspotting for trauma.
I welcome clients from all walks of life. I have experience supporting people across spectrums of economics, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, neurodiversity, politics, and age.
Starting therapy can be daunting, but I invite you to take the leap. You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Give yourself a chance to feel supported, to heal and to grow. I’m here to help.
A Deeper Approach to Healing
Together, we explore the underlying patterns, wounds, defenses, and relationship dynamics that may be contributing to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, depression, disconnection, self-doubt, or stuckness. Rather than focusing only on coping skills or intellectual insight, therapy becomes a space to slow down, listen more deeply to your emotional experience, and create meaningful change at the level where patterns actually take hold. The work is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply attuned — helping you feel more connected to yourself, more secure in relationships, and more alive in your daily life.
